1. The Weight of product can vary up to 10 % up or down and insurance will be made on complete products purchased by the computer.
   
2. Rate is calculated according to the weight of the manufactured product.
   
3. The payment should be made in advance. The Products are delivered after receipt of complete imbursement.
   
4. The stone of the product can vary according to the accessibility.
   
5. We use real and ordinary stone.
   
6. The Stone of the product can be altered as per customer's requirement.
   
7. The product will be dispatched after Complete payment.
   
8. The product will be received within 25-30 Working days after the endorsement of payment.
   
9. The delivery period can exceed in case of natural calamity or any uncertain situation.
   
10. The dispatched Parcel will be completely insured.

Return Policy
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or manufacturing defects. If any item in your order is damaged in shipping, or if you find any significant manufacturing defects, please call Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of your order at +91-141-2360498 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
Once your return has been authorized, please re-pack your return item(s) with the gift box(es) and in the original shipping packaging and include a description inside each package with the reason for returning the item(s), i.e. "product is damaged", "I am not satisfied", etc. Include your full name, address and phone number to ensure a timely refund or exchange.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address as given below:

Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

- If you would like to request an exchange please write to us info@silverandgem.com
- Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Silver and Gem Exports will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item . 
- If you would like to exchange any item, Silver and Gem Exports will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address as given below.

16. The products of silver and gem exports are sent through Fedex / SPEED POST (a unit of India Government).
   
17 The price of silver can go up or down depending on the present market value.
   
18 Minimum International shipping charges would be  40 $ for up to 1 kg Parcel and any additional weight above 1 Kg rates would be 10$ per 250 gm.
   
19 Domestic Shipping charges would be Flat Rs. 100 of each shipment.
   
20 The price of stone would fluctuate based on the kind of Stone selection.
   
21 Additional Charges: 3% extra charges for credit card payment, 7% extra charges for paypal payment and $25 per transacation of bank transfer.

23 Note: Display Rings prices are cover 4 to 9 Ring sizes.. if you buy Ring greater then 9 ring size then cost will be increased by 10% on display price.. that will be payable by buyer.

If your country charge custom duty on your parcel will be pay by customer. if you don't pay and shipment will be return to us. in that condition customer will be liable of shipment charges, Edi charges,reimbursement charges,clearance charges, demurrage charges and we will deduct these changes in your order amount.
